Junior Interior Designer - UAE Nationals (Family Book holders)

Faham Group is looking for a creative and detail oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our growing team. This opportunity is exclusively open to UAE Nationals (Family Book holders) as part of our commitment to supporting Emirati talent.

Role Purpose

To support the design team in developing creative and functional interior design solutions across Faham Group projects. The role involves assisting in concept development, preparing drawings, and coordinating design deliverables in line with client requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing interior design concepts and proposals
• Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp
• Prepare high-quality renders and presentation boards using Photoshop
• Support senior designers in design development
• Maintain organized project files and design documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Production)
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies
• Participate in client presentations and support design revisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field
• 12 years of relevant experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong creativity and visualization skills
• Basic knowledge of design principles, materials, and finishes
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail
