Role Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, data-driven graduate to join our Dubai team as a Junior Marketing Analyst. This role is designed for those who love data, automation, and turning insights into business wins. You'll own end-to-end analytical projects in an AI-powered environment, from data engineering to hypothesis-driven strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Run deep quantitative analyses: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis. You will devise the strategies required for Printerpix to remain the most competitive player in every global market.
- Build & test hypotheses: Define success metrics, experiment rigorously (e.g., on channels, pricing, affiliates), interpret results, and recommend actions that move the needle on revenue and growth.
- Own data pipelines & automations: Pull, clean, and join data from multiple sources; build reliable Python/SQL scripts, API integrations, and scheduled jobs in BigQuery/Supabase/PostgreSQL.
- Leverage AI daily: Use prompting, Claude Code/Cursor, and other tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and stakeholder presentations.
Who You Are
- Mathematically Rigorous: You have a degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Physics, CS, or Economics) and an obsession with data integrity and statistical proof.
- Technical Skills: Solid hands-on experience with SQL or Python.
- AI-Native Mindset: You instinctively leverage the potential of AI in everything you do to work smarter and ship 10x faster. Whether using tools like Claude Code or Cursor for development, or prompting LLMs for complex data problems, you treat AI as a core component of your professional toolkit.
- Outcome Obsessed: You don't just report data; you interpret it. You are resourceful in getting the data you need (scraping, API extraction) and take total ownership of the resulting strategy.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience with BigQuery/Supabase/PostgreSQL, marketing APIs (Google Ads, email platforms), web scraping, BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), or scheduling/automation (Airflow, cron, etc.).
