Junior Operations Logistics Officer

Role Summary:

The Junior Operations Logistics Officer will support the logistics team in coordinating export operations, preparing shipment documentation, and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant export processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily logistics and export coordination for bulk cement shipments.

Assist in preparing and processing export documentation (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, packing lists).

Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, port authorities, and internal teams to track shipments and schedules.

Help monitor inventory and status updates.

Assist with customs clearance and compliance tasks.

Maintain accurate operational records and assist with reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).

02 years of experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or export operations (internships accepted).

Basic understanding of international shipping and export documentation preferred.

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
