About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Product Content to join our team. You will review, clean, and structure large sets of business and listing data to ensure a high-quality user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all content.

Key Responsibilities

Review and structure large sets of business and listing data

Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent info (phone numbers, addresses, hours, categories)

Ensure taxonomy accuracy and consistent category mapping

Align with stakeholders for special content requests and documentation

Collaborate with product & design teams for consistent content presentation

Conduct quality checks, track variations, and improve content experience

Maintain updated records of listing improvements and changes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Media, or related fields

0-1 year of experiencein content or data-related roles

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with large data sets

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with content/data management tools

Understanding of taxonomy and structured content (preferred)
