JOB PURPOSE:
To contribute to the product development process by providing design and technical support to senior designers, while building foundational skills in design execution, materials, and production.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Responsibilities
- Contribute to research on materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes
- Support the preparation of presentations and client-facing materials
- Assist in concept development alongside senior designers
Functional Responsibilities
- Prepare technical drawings and design documentation
- Support prototyping and model-making activities
- Assist senior designers in day-to-day project execution
People Development
- Actively seek feedback from senior designers
- Demonstrate willingness to learn manufacturing processes and production methods
- Build technical and creative skills through hands-on project involvement
