The Junior Project Coordinator supports project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating resources, communicating with team members, and ensuring that project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in assisting with multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist project managers in the planning and implementation of projects.
Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deadlines.
Maintain project documentation, including reports, timelines, and budgets.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Support the identification and resolution of project issues or delays.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and project management standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
02 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
