You will assist with preparing proposals and quotations, following up with clients, updating CRM records, coordinating with designers and production teams, communicating with suppliers, tracking timelines, and supporting daily office operations to ensure projects run smoothly. Candidates should have good English, basic Excel skills, strong communication, and a proactive get-things-done attitude; prior experience is not required as full training will be provided.
