Role Description

This is a full-time Junior Sales role located on-site in New Cairo. The Junior Sales associate will focus on generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting tailored financial solutions, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Collaboration with team members and participating in training sessions to develop advanced sales strategies will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to manage client relationships and provide outstanding support
  • Willingness to learn and actively participate in Training to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data analysis is advantageous
  • Previous experience in the financial or brokerage industry is a plus
