Job Purpose: To generate and close Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) specifically for fire fighting and fire alarm systems, targeting commercial and industrial facilities, with a clear focus on achieving measurable sales targets and maintaining long-term client relationships in line with Saudi Civil Defense.
Job Responsibilities
Direct Role:
- Generate leads specifically for maintenance contracts (PPM & AMC) – not projects
- Approach facility managers, building owners, and FM companies
- Conduct site visits to identify system condition and maintenance scope
- Prepare PPM proposals based on actual system inspection
- Close contracts and ensure annual renewals
- Handle a defined sales pipeline with clear conversion targets
- Achieve monthly target
Job Competencies:
- Required Education:
Bachelor's degree
- Required Knowledge:
- Understanding of maintenance contracts (AMC / PPM)
- Basic knowledge of fire fighting & fire alarm systems OR facility management services
- Awareness of service-based sales
- Required Skills:
- Proven ability to follow up and close deals
- Strong communication with facility / operations teams
- Ability to understand client needs and convert to service proposals
- Good pipeline management and reporting
