The Sales Executive will support our client expansion in the private sector by driving direct sales engagement with healthcare providers, hospitals, insurance companies, and enterprise organizations. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting prospects into revenue-generating clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the private healthcare sector and related enterprise segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in hospitals, medical groups, and private healthcare providers.
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, partnerships) to ensure successful solution positioning.
  • Track pipeline progress and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and pipeline targets.

Required Expertise

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling digital solutions, health tech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi healthcare ecosystem and private sector dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Background

  • Experience working with healthcare providers, insurance companies, or health technology vendors.
  • Existing network in Saudi private healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with government digital transformation initiatives in healthcare.
