Real Estate Sales Agents

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Junior Sales professional. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in meeting and exceeding targets. The role involves presenting and promoting company products or services, understanding client needs, and providing solutions to drive sales. Additionally, the Junior Sales professional will assist with sales training, reporting, and sales process improvements to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in real estate or sales is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ambitious, presentable, and target-driven
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and build productive relationships
• Sales skills, including lead generation, pitching, and closing deals
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and address challenges proactively
