Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivatedJunior Sales Representativeto act as the bridge between our technical solutions and our clients business needs. In this role, you will focus on selling bundled hardware (servers, networking, endpoints) and software (SaaS, licensing, cybersecurity) solutions to [SMBs/Enterprise/Mid-Market] clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for assigned hardware and software product lines.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for revenue and gross profit.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and RFP responses for clients.
Product & Technical Acumen
- Develop a strong understanding of our hardware portfolio (e.g., laptops, desktops, servers, networking gear) and software solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, cybersecurity suites, cloud services).
- Collaborate with presales engineers to conduct technical discovery and solution demonstrations for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, vendor programs, and competitor offerings.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct regular onsite client meetings and product reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
QualificationsRequired Experience & Skills
- 12 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (experience in technology, telecom, or B2B sales is a strong plus).
- Basic understanding of hardware components (PCs, servers, networking) and software licensing models (subscription vs. perpetual).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality; comfortable with cold outreach and rejection.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience preferred.
