This is a full-time Junior Healthcare Software Sales Representative role based in UAE. The role is ideal for early-career sales professionals who are eager to build a career in healthcare technology sales.
The Junior Sales Representative will support the sales team in promoting and selling Health Cluster's healthcare software solutions across the Middle East market, with a primary focus in Northern Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior sales team members in selling healthcare software solutions
- Assist in prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying potential clients
- Conduct initial outreach via calls, emails, and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM
- Participate in product demos, proposals, and follow-up discussions
- Develop a basic understanding of healthcare workflows, software solutions, and client pain points
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the Dubai and Middle East healthcare sector
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Health Information Management, or a related field
- 02 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (healthcare or software experience is a plus)
- Strong interest in healthcare technology, digital health, and software solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn negotiation and sales techniques
- Basic understanding of sales processes, lead management, and customer engagement
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior sales team members
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel locally within the UAE and occasionally within the Middle East
