Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and committed Junior Sales Representative to support our pharmacy channel sales in Greater Cairo. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with an existing client base (stakeholder list) in one of two key areas:
- Area 1: Masr El Gedida, Nasr City, Sheraton, New Cairo
- Area 2: Mohandessin, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed
The Junior Sales Representative will report directly to the Sales Supervisor and is expected to develop and maintain relationships with pharmacies, drive sales performance, and contribute to brand visibility in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of pharmacy clients in the assigned geographic area.
- Leverage personal network and existing relationships to generate sales and secure new accounts.
- Promote and sell the companys beauty and cosmetic products to pharmacies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Conduct regular field visits to build client relationships and monitor product performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and market feedback.
- Work closely with the Sales Supervisor to plan and execute area-specific sales strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the pharmacy segment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 12 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics sector.
- Must have a ready list of stakeholders (pharmacy contacts) in either Area 1 or Area 2.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, with strong time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in the field with minimal supervision.
Work Location & Travel:
- Field-based position operating in either:
- Area 1: Masr El Gedida, Nasr City, Sheraton, New Cairo
- Area 2: Mohandessin, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed
