About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in dental supplies to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our dental products to clinics, dentists, pharmacies, and distributors. If you have a passion for sales and a solid understanding of the dental industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential clients including dental clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate dental supplies and equipment to prospective and existing customers.
• Customer Needs Analysis: Understand client requirements and recommend the right products and solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Follow-up: Proactively follow up on leads, inquiries, and orders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new dental products.
• Order Management: Process orders, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely delivery.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates on the CRM.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales & Operations teams on campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in sales within the dental supplies industry is a must.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental products, equipment, and consumables.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Persuasion: Ability to persuade and influence decision-makers effectively.
• CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Nasr City, Cairo.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
