Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sales Representative located in New Cairo. The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assisting in sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized attention. The role involves actively identifying potential clients, presenting tailored financial solutions, and meeting sales objectives. Additionally, the Junior Sales Representative will collaborate with the team to identify new growth opportunities and contribute to achieving company goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Sales and negotiation skills with the capability to meet or exceed targets
  • Basic understanding or keen interest in financial and brokerage services
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and ability to manage time efficiently
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales or customer-focused roles is an advantage but not required
