Junior Software Business Analyst

Wind Integrated Solutions is Software Development Company that provides technology services, business automation, and business digitalization.

Job Requirements:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed technical and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology solutions.
• Create clear documentation, including user stories, process flows, and data models.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
• Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide valuable insights during project discussions.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, facilitating effective communication.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 12 years as a Business Analyst in a software company or tech-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations (a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications (Preferred): Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
