- Experience in Oriental cuisine preferred
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a same role
- Basic knowledge of food cost and kitchen operations
- Good understanding of à la carte service
- Ability to support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the team
- Good communication and teamwork skills
