Job Title: Junior Structural Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Structural Engineer with 5 years of experience in building projects to join our engineering team in Dubai. The candidate will assist in the design, analysis, and execution of structural systems for residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in structural design and analysis of RCC and steel structures for building projects.
- Prepare structural calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
- Develop and coordinate structural drawings with drafting teams.
- Review shop drawings for compliance with design intent.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and relevant codes (ACI, BS, Eurocodes).
- Support senior engineers in project execution and timelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience, preferably on building projects.
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, and AutoCAD; Revit is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of RCC, steel structures, and foundation design.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority approvals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred:
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects in UAE.
- Membership in a recognized engineering association is an advantage.
