Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acqusition Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who is keen to learn sourcing techniques, market mapping, and candidate engagement while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Please note that this role is a 6-month fixed term contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other talent platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct initial outreach to candidates and manage follow-ups to gauge interest
• Support TA team with candidate shortlisting and coordination of screening calls
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
• Assist with posting roles and monitoring inbound applications
• Conduct basic market research and talent mapping when required
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or a related field
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and sourcing
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
