Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for a confident, well-spoken individual with early recruitment experience who is eager to learn, develop, and grow within a fast-paced, international environment.

You will support the full recruitment cycle and work closely with senior recruiters and management to help scale our sales and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates professionally and efficiently
  • Assist in posting and managing job advertisements across recruitment platforms
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to the HR team
  • Support senior recruiters and management with ongoing hiring requirements

Requirements:

  • 36 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internships or trainee roles are acceptable)
  • Excellent command of English with clear, confident communication skills
  • Professional, polished personality suitable for an international work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a target-driven environment
  • Experience in real estate or a sales-driven industry is an advantage but not required
