Job Description

  • Design exclusive Moroccan and contemporary couture kaftan collections.
  • Develop concepts, mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings.
  • Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, embellishments, and embroidery techniques.
  • Source luxury fabrics, trims, stones, lace, and accessories from local and international suppliers.
  • Create detailed design specifications and tech packs for production.
  • Collaborate closely with pattern makers, tailors, embroiderers, and production teams.
  • Conduct fittings and make design modifications to ensure perfect fit and finishing.
  • Supervise sample development and final garment production.
  • Ensure all designs align with the brand's luxury image and market positioning.
  • Participate in fashion shows, client consultations, and bespoke design projects.
  • Maintain quality control standards throughout the design and production process.
