Develop detailed design specifications, including fabrics, colors, embroidery, embellishments, and finishing details.

Research fashion trends, market preferences, and competitor collections to create innovative designs.

Select appropriate fabrics, trims, beads, stones, lace, and embroidery materials.

Work closely with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Monitor sample development and conduct fitting sessions to ensure quality and design accuracy.

Modify and refine designs based on client feedback and production requirements.

Coordinate with embroidery teams and suppliers regarding embellishment and embroidery work.

Ensure all designs meet the boutique's quality standards and delivery timelines.

Assist clients with custom-made kaftan designs and provide styling recommendations when required.
