Keemart Internal Control Manager

: Develop risk-based internal control work plan in accordance with Team Goal, and conduct internal control work across various departments to identify, assess, and report on financial, operational, and compliance risks, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate these risks. Monitor the implementation of internal control recommendations and ensure that corrective actions are taken in a timely manner. As Business Partner of the business departments, provide risk-based consulting services to business in high risk areas when being involved in business process/system design. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. ,,; ,; BP,,; ,, : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Risk Management, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in an internal control, audit, consulting or a similar role, preferably within retail industry. Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk management principles, and internal control frameworks. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a high degree of attention to detail. Fluency in English (writing, speaking and reading) required. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
