Job Overview:
The Key Account Executive is responsible for generating new business and managing relationships with corporate clients by promoting rental and leasing solutions. The role involves advising clients on suitable products and services, introducing new offerings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. The executive will also monitor sales performance, provide after-sales support, and contribute to the overall growth of the corporate customer base.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To sell the company products with maximum profit margin and develop a continuous pipeline of qualifies new account.
- Identify prospective customers using business directories, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, or trade show or conference attendance.
- Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
- Answer customers questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
- Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
- Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales.
- Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements.
- Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.
- Maximize Sales and Profitability: Sell company products and services with a focus on achieving maximum profit margins.
- Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified new corporate accounts.
- Identify and target potential clients through business directories, referrals, networking events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Continuously seek new sales opportunities in the corporate sector.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Visit client establishments to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide Product and Service Information: Inform clients of product features, estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, and other relevant details.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms promptly and accurately.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements in line with company policies.
- Ensure successful closure of deals and timely contract execution.
- Sales Strategy and Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, sales strategies, and lead opportunities.
- Align individual efforts with the broader sales and marketing objectives of the company.
- Customer Data Management: Maintain and update customer records and interaction history using automated CRM systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness for reporting and follow-up.
- Track and review personal sales performance regularly to ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Provide feedback and reports to management on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications/Requirements/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
- Valid UAE driver's license.
- Previous experience in automotive or luxury sales (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage high-end clientele.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities.
