Dollar is the leading brand in Oman & UAE car rental and leasing sector with the largest fleet and overt 50+ rental locations. As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for Corporate Sales Executive.

Role Overview

The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Acting as the main point of contact, the role coordinates closely with sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless rental experience while identifying opportunities to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned key accounts.
  • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
  • Conduct regular visits to priority customers to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure vehicle availability, smooth rental processes, and high service standards.
  • Track, analyze, and report client feedback, recommending improvements to service offerings and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, meetings, and account details in company systems.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in key account management, sales, or client relationship management
  • Prior experience in the car rental or automotive services industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel and visit clients on a regular basis.
