About the RoleAre you a strategic sales professional with a passion for the toy industry A Liusie General Trading LLC is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead our licensed brand portfolio. You will be the bridge between our world-class products and our most valued clients, ensuring profitability, brand growth, and operational excellence.
This isn't just about selling; it's about managing a full business unitfrom motivating your merchandising team to maintaining the perfect stock balance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities- Sales & Growth: Introduce and pitch our premium licensed product portfolio to current and potential clients; identify and convert new sales prospects.
- Account Excellence: Develop brand materials, conduct quality checks on account services, and manage the full order lifecycle (from PO approval to sales return management).
- Commercial Strategy: Design and implement high-impact promotions, clearance events, and marketing support activities.
- Operations & Finance: Coordinate delivery schedules, take ownership of payment collections, and ensure the overall profitability of your business unit.
- Supply Chain Management: Maintain optimal stock levels to meet market demand without overstocking.
- Team Leadership: Direct, motivate, and evaluate your merchandising team to ensure peak performance in-store.
Desired Candidate Profile- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG or Toy industry.
- Negotiation: A closer with strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex retail agreements.
- Tech Savvy: In-depth knowledge of MS Office, with Advanced Excel skills being a non-negotiable requirement.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for an assertive, self-motivated individual who is obsessed with quality.
