Position: Key Account Manager

Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities
1. Modern Trade Contract Management (Core Responsibility)
- Lead end-to-end contract management with major Modern Trade retailers such as Panda, Al Othaim, Tamimi, Carrefour, and Lulu.
- Negotiate annual contracts, trading terms, JT plans, BDAs, rebates, and promotional agreements.
- Ensure contracts comply with internal commercial policies and maximize business return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor retailer compliance with agreed-upon terms, including pricing, visibility, promotions, and payments.
- Build strong winwin partnerships ensuring sustainable long-term growth.
2. Key Account Development
- Strengthen and grow relationships with strategic accounts to enhance distribution, visibility, and share of shelf.
- Develop tailored business plans for each key customer aligned with company objectives.
3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Create and execute annual sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop actionable initiatives with retailers.
4. Business Analysis & Insights
- Analyze account performance, category trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommend commercial actions.
5. BDAs Management (Mandatory Experience)
- Build, negotiate, and manage comprehensive Business Development Agreements (BDAs) with key retailers.
- Ensure proper investment allocation, tracking, and evaluation of BDA performance.
6. Proposals, Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare commercial proposals, JBP presentations, and detailed business performance reports.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure healthy business planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the FMCG sector.
- Mandatory: Proven expertise in managing Modern Trade contracts and BDAs.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI is a plus.
