We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic banking clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT solutions sales within the banking sector, with a proven ability to build long-term client relationships, drive revenue growth, and deliver value-driven technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts within the banking and financial services sector.
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell IT solutions and services
- Understand client business needs and propose appropriate IT solutions
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
- Achieve revenue targets and account growth objectives
- Prepare account plans, forecasts, and sales reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT sales or key account management, in the Banking sector
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and closing high-value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
