Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure service excellence, and support business growth. The role focuses on maintaining strong partnerships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
  • Understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and project delivery.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide performance updates to clients.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Prepare reports on account performance and key activities.

Requirements

  • 23 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or customer service industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
