Purpose of the Job:
Job Accountabilities:
Responsible for managing key corporates as well as maintaining good relationship with existing ones.
Ensure to maximize sales opportunities by implementing new strategies.
Propose annual strategical plans for the assigned key accounts.
Recommend processes to enhance client service experience.
Negotiate on contract renewals.
Recommend possible areas of growth based on client feedback.
Develop account management strategies to retain and grow client accounts.
Provide prompt responses to queries on key client accounts.
Recommend changes to terms of renewed contracts based on cost-benefit analysis.
Implement safe and friendly environment practices in each work area.
Manage strategic corporate relationships; Deliver tailored travel contracts
Qualifications & Education
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Experience
Minimum 5years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
Knowledge & Skills
Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.
Strong communications skills.
Driving license required
