Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients at SPPC/ENPI Group. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of flexible and rigid packaging solutions, including cling films, aluminum foils, plastic containers, and paper-based products. Familiarity with PET packaging and closures will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers and prospective clients within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategic plans to penetrate target markets.
- Research and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Sales Execution:
- Promote and sell company products through a consultative, relationship-based approach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and technical features of our packaging solutions.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their operational and business requirements.
- Proposal & Negotiation:
- Prepare clear, detailed, and persuasive proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
- Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Management, Finance, Procurement and Operations) to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Sales Planning & Reporting:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Product Knowledge & Marketing Support:
- Stay updated on product specifications, industry standards, and emerging trends in packaging solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 6 years proven experience in sales or key account management within the packaging or plastic manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of Cling Film & Wraps, Aluminum Products, Plastic Products, Paper Products, and preferably PET packaging and closures.
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
