Hiring Arabic Key Account Manager (Cyber Security) - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Account Manager to help us build up our business activities. Account Manager responsibilities includes discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers. Candidate should be able to demonstrate our services and products through email, phone, and personal meetings.

Ultimately, candidate should be able to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to company's rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Plan, develop and control sales and service programs
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
  • Mapping customer pain points and requirements with our strategic vendor and organize technical sessions.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Must be able to travel to HQ in Dubai once a month to collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven 5+ experience in Cyber Security Sales in Saudi Arabia.
  • Must have 8-10 Solid relationship with potential customers in cybersecurity.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software such as salesforce, Zoho is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of sales, relationship management and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Must have driving license.
  • Should have school / masters qualification.
  • Proficient in Arabic & English
