Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive MT customers growth, turnover, and profitability in line with MT strategy.
  • Formulate customer strategies with sales executives, aligned with the Channel Activation Manager and Category Planning Managers.
  • Ensure delivery of volume targets for the business unit, including customer reporting, tracking, and problem-solving.
  • Manage unit investment levels, credit limits, debit balances, and cash collection.
  • Lead annual customer contract negotiations in alignment with MT strategy.
  • Own the joint promotional calendar with customers, ensuring alignment with national brand and channel strategies.
  • Deliver unit KPIs (reach, assortment, POB, customer service, growth) and adapt to market changes.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for the team.
  • Manage and direct the team to deploy objectives, initiatives, and strategies aligned with overall MT goals.
  • Lead customer business reviews and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor key account dynamics and provide feedback to the commercial organization.
  • Develop and coach the field sales team in line with HR standards to build a competent, high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • FMCG experience is a must.
