Job Title: Key Accounts Manager (Modern Trade)
Location: Riyadh, KSA (Saudization)
Type: Permanent, Fulltime
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage modern trade sales operations, build strong relationships with key accounts, and drive business growth by achieving sales targets and executing strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with key modern trade customers across the region
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Plan and execute promotions, product launches, and in-store activities
Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and identify opportunities
Lead, guide, and train the sales team to improve performance and skills
Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies
Monitor pricing, product visibility, and in-market execution
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and performance reviews
Collaborate with internal teams to align on business strategies and plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in modern trade
Strong understanding of sales, trade marketing, and key account management
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
English required; Arabic preferred
