Job Description

We are working with a leading international consumer brand to appoint a Senior Manager Key Accounts to manage and grow some of the most strategic retail partnerships across the GCC.

This is a senior commercial role with full ownership of key regional accounts and responsibility for driving sustainable growth, execution, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop major GCC retail groups
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned key accounts
  • Lead sell-in, sell-out, forecasting, order book management, and margin performance
  • Drive annual, seasonal, and monthly account planning
  • Lead regular business reviews with senior retail stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure strong execution at store level
  • Identify growth opportunities and improve overall account performance through data-driven insights

Qualifications

  • Have hands-on experience managing large retail groups in the GCC
  • Come from footwear, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG brands
  • Are commercially strong, analytical, and comfortable operating with senior stakeholders
  • Have a proven track record in key account growth and execution in the UAE
