We are working with a leading international consumer brand to appoint a Senior Manager Key Accounts to manage and grow some of the most strategic retail partnerships across the GCC.
This is a senior commercial role with full ownership of key regional accounts and responsibility for driving sustainable growth, execution, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop major GCC retail groups
- Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned key accounts
- Lead sell-in, sell-out, forecasting, order book management, and margin performance
- Drive annual, seasonal, and monthly account planning
- Lead regular business reviews with senior retail stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure strong execution at store level
- Identify growth opportunities and improve overall account performance through data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Have hands-on experience managing large retail groups in the GCC
- Come from footwear, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG brands
- Are commercially strong, analytical, and comfortable operating with senior stakeholders
- Have a proven track record in key account growth and execution in the UAE
