What You'll Do

The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key customers, including retailers and distributors, while ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution. It focuses on driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, implementing tailored strategies, and creating long-term account plans aligned with company objectives. Regular business reviews monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Staying informed about market trends and competitors is crucial for proposing strategies to maintain or grow market share. Collaboration with marketing ensures product offerings meet demand, while understanding the product portfolio allows for tailored solutions. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations, managing logistics for timely deliveries, forecasting demand, managing inventory, and tracking sales performance against KPIs to optimize profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, serving as the main contact to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales in key accounts by identifying new opportunities and implementing tailored strategies to exceed targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop long-term account plans aligned with company objectives, conducting regular reviews to monitor performance and adjust strategies.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on consumer appliance trends and analyze competitors to propose strategies for market share growth, collaborating with marketing to meet demand.
  • Product and Solution Expertise: Understand the product portfolio to present tailored solutions and gather customer feedback for product development.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with supply chain, marketing, and product management to ensure smooth operations and coordinate logistics for timely deliveries and support.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast demand, manage inventory, track sales performance against KPIs, and provide insights to optimize profitability.

What We Need

The ideal candidate should have strong customer focus, key account management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They must demonstrate planning and implementation skills, integrity, and high energy and enthusiasm. Essential experience includes planning sales promotions, activations, and merchandising, along with strong relationship-building skills to engage clients and collaborate with dealers. The candidate should also possess commercial awareness, the ability to identify market opportunities, and a willingness to learn new strategies for market growth.

Qualifications Summary:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to represent the organization at public events and trade shows.
  • Planning & Organization: Strong skills in managing multiple tasks and tracking information.
  • Communication: Effective in conveying information to customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative approach to drive conversions and support events and training.
  • Coordination: Capable of managing and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve targets.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in report generation, marketing analysis, and using e-commerce and social media for engagement.
