Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will oversee and maintain strong relationships with key clients while driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing accounts, creating business plans, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional support to key accounts. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and business goals are achieved.

- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends, making data-driven decisions, and optimizing performance
- Ability to create and execute effective Business Planning strategies

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving client retention
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the telecom or digital services industry is a plus
