Key Account Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Key Account Manager will manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, develop and execute business plans, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, identifying growth opportunities, resolving client concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The Key Account Manager will also prepare progress reports and maintain a high level of operational excellence and customer service.

• Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop strategic plans and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and handle concerns professionally
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing key accounts, preferably in the transportation or hospitality sectors
