Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactiveKey Account Managerto oversee one of our most strategic industrial clients. This position is basedon-site in Jubailand will be responsible for managing all aspects of the account, including relationship development, store operations, and commercial administration. The ideal candidate will maintain strong client partnerships, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement across the account.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations at the client's location, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely replenishment, and compliance with safety standards.
- Act as theprimary liaisonfor the client's procurement, HSE, and operational teams.
- Overseedemand forecasting, purchase orders, invoicing, and contract-related documentation.
- Monitor product usage patterns to enhance forecasting accuracy and improve supply planning.
- Coordinate with internal departments production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Deliver regularperformance reports, client updates, and improvement recommendations.
- Ensure full adherence to site operational, safety, and HSE procedures.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum35 years of experienceinkey account management, ideally in the industrial workwear, PPE, or oil & gas sectors.
- Strong understanding of procurement workflows, contracts, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate toJubail.
