Job Description

Job Purpose

Effectively assist in managing the assigned Channel in KSA to meet agreed targets & business objectives.

Responsibilities

Team Supervision & Operations

Lead and oversee a sales team to ensure efficient, compliant daily operations aligned with company policies.

Budgeting & Financial Monitoring

Support budget preparation, monitor sales performance against targets, and manage financial reporting and reconciliation.

Policy & Process Implementation

Enforce departmental policies and procedures, ensuring consistent adherence and controlled execution of tasks.

Sales Support & Customer Management

Provide reports, handle credit/debit notes, resolve customer complaints, and manage account disputes and aging reports.

Sales Planning & Performance

Contribute to annual sales plans and ensure collection targets are met across assigned channels and key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience: 4 6 years relevant experience.
  • Language: English & Arabic.
