Role Description

As the Key Account Sales Manager for our tableware and kitchenware division in UAE, you will lead strategic sales initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with our most important clients. You will drive business growth by understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute key account sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the tableware and kitchenware sector.

- Identify opportunities to expand product offerings and grow market share within existing accounts.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key customers.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.

- Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- A previous experience dealing with Carrefour, and other similar retailers is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience as a sales manager or key account manager within tableware, kitchenware, or related FMCG industries.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

- Ability to lead a team of sales executives, and monitor their performance.

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements within the UAE.

- Fluency in English.
