Job brief:
We are looking for a skilled key account manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important corporate clients .
Job Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Fursan clients and ensure maximum value is delivered through the company's products and tools.
- Maintain strong client retention by building long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Implement requirements for Fursan clients within agreed timelines and coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational readiness.
- Clearly communicate client requirements and objectives to the Customer Service, Finance, and IT teams.
- Follow up and process client invoices in coordination with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and timely closure.
- Resolve escalated customer service issues and provide regular feedback following formal client reviews.
- Develop client communication strategies to keep clients informed about industry updates and changes.
- Organize and conduct educational sessions for booking staff, providing necessary resources such as travel guides, fare updates, and newsletters.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and support contract renewals, while maintaining accurate and updated client contact records.
- Develop business plans aligned with client objectives and provide regular performance reports highlighting achievements and value delivered.
Requirements
- Saudi
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
