Key Accounts Sales Senior Officer Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Sales Senior Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia, with proven experience in the generator industry and spare parts sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key customers, address their spare parts needs, prepare quotations, and ensure timely order processing.
- Track stock availability, coordinate with logistics, and follow up on deliveries.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, resolve issues, and drive sales growth while maintaining strong partnerships.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding generator products and spare parts.
- Utilize ERP systems effectively to manage inventory, orders, and sales.
- Apply product knowledge and technical expertise in spare parts to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements:
- 810 years of experience in Key Accounts Management, specifically in the generator industry and spare parts sales in the KSA market.
- Strong understanding of generator products, spare parts, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
