Do Something That Moves you
- Identify key accounts & build Key Account Plans using 80/20 concept to priorities quick wins and future growth opportunities execute clear Segmentation and targeting of key accounts, prioritization matrix.
- Develop a list of HCPs (Speakers and Non speakers) in these accounts and continuously update it as per market dynamics and identify their relevant Scientific areas of major interest.
- As a trusted partner she/he will act as the primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Bayer Oncology; the KCS shares the Key Accounts community needs internally, seek support and guidance from cross functional team.
- She/he to mutually co-create value solutions with Her/his TLs speaker list which mutually satisfy HCP universe scientific interest and Bayer promotional objective.
- In an effort to create a yearly educational calendar the KCS will align with MSLs to contract HCP speakers for a number of talks per year, such talks will be integrated in a curriculum and will be repeated in different meeting formats (Scientific lectures, Peer to Peer talks, Debate sessions ,3rd party symposia, national and regional initiated Bayer events, ..........).
- Work closely with Virtual Event expert (DT-CPH team) to utilize engaging (hybrid) meeting formats and features in events across the yearly educational calendar & the KCS will facilitate the virtual meeting & align with his peers to co-invite to meetings when appropriate and as per meeting setting and format.
- She/He will be responsible to report all his one-to-one interactions and key account plans to VEEVA and to integrate HCP insights to support future brand messaging and content creation and contributing to the on-going micro-segmentation process.
- Display great level of discipline and quality in maintaining Data entry related to customer profile information, daily activities, event reporting, PGMI reporting, channel preference, customer insights, adoption ladder and samples as required on Veeva.
- Maximizing customer experience by monitoring and optimizing activities, content and channels (data driven decisions) to provide the greatest value / impact to the customer.
- KCS She/He is working closely with accounts on gathering monthly IMS orders from major hospitals and chains, supporting the delivery of IMS targets.
- Tracking stocks, consumption, stock availability, forecasting accuracy and shift of goods from central Store to outlet level in close collaboration with the distributor sales teams to align orders, forecasts, campaigns implementation, new launches, and expected fluctuations in demand.
Your Experience
- Bachelor's degree of a relevant Medical or Pharmacy background
- Relevant work experience in the Pharma field is a must, experience of key brands is of added Value
- Minimum 2 years experience within a multinational pharmaceutical Company.
- Excellent analytical skills, business acumen & problem-solving capabilities, strong sales capabilities
- Strong negotiator and ability to work with senior level commercial stakeholders in key accounts
- Excellent stakeholder engagement record including partnering with TLs and institutes is required.
- Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence
- Strong scientific knowledge and ability to interpret scientific data in the therapy area she/he is assigned to.
- Hands on Experience of using digital & Virtual means and tools is a must.
- Able to expertly operate Bayer virtual platforms and digital tools to provide exceptional customer experience in virtual meetings and capture individual HCP-level data in virtual setups.
- Maintains growth mindset to work through new working models and proactively identifies areas of improvement with the new hybrid responsibilities.
- Robust understanding of medico-marketing strategies and tactics
- Good to advanced MS office skills mainly in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Good Communication & Presentation skills Proficient in English to collaborate internally & across the broader organization enterprise is highly desired.
- Good understanding of agile ways of working is desired
