Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Kids Host to join our team in Jeddah. This on-site role involves overseeing and engaging with children during their time at Blush & Bloom to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Responsibilities include welcoming families, hosting and supervising age-appropriate activities, assisting with basic food and beverage services, and providing exceptional customer service to parents and children. The Kids Host will also be involved in facilitating organized play times and addressing any immediate needs with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage positively with both children and parents.
• Experience in Training and supervising group activities, particularly with children, is highly valued.
• Basic understanding of Food & Beverage service to support snack times and ensure dietary considerations are addressed.
• Sales skills or familiarity with promoting services or memberships is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with children and manage group dynamics in a kind, compassionate, and organized manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and enthusiasm for creating meaningful experiences for children.
• Prior experience in child care, hospitality, or a similar field is an advantage.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in child care or hospitality will be considered a plus.
