Role Overview:
We're looking for kitchen staff to support our daily kitchen operations. The work involves preparing ingredients, precise measuring, packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Cooking is minimal (mostly boiling), but cleanliness and accuracy are critical.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and measure ingredients precisely according to recipes
- Boil and cook ingredients as needed (minimal cooking)
- Package meals safely using vacuum sealers and labels
- Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and sanitized at all times
- Wash utensils, trays, and surfaces after each shift
- Maintain hygiene and follow food safety protocols (HACCP standards)
- Record inventory and ingredient usage using spreadsheets or simple software
- Assist in receiving and organizing stock
Requirements:
- Must currently be in Kuwait
- Transferrable visa (mandatory)
- Some kitchen or food prep experience preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Good computer skills (Google Sheets or Excel)
- Attention to detail, especially with measuring and cleanliness
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable with hands-on work
