Kitchen Equipment Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment in a fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, refrigeration units, dishwashers, etc.)
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and safety
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Maintain service records and report recurring technical issues
• Coordinate with kitchen teams and external vendors when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Experience working with commercial kitchen appliances
• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to emergencies
• Relevant technical certification is an advantage
