This role plays an essential part in delivering refined service within our luxury environment. The Technician supports daily operations with precision and care, ensuring all technical tasks meet elevated hospitality standards

Kitchen Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain, service, and repair kitchen appliances including ovens, stoves, fryers, grills, refrigeration units, dishwashers, and exhaust systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control faults promptly and carry out repairs or replacements. Monitor and maintain ventilation, grease traps, and extraction systems for safe and efficient operation.

Laundry Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair washing machines, dryers, ironing equipment, and conveyors.

Ensure laundry chemical dispensers and water heating systems operate efficiently and safely.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
